I found the hotel to be quite disappointing due to ongoing construction that really affected my stay. The room I had was spacious and quiet, which was a plus, but the dining service was lacking. While the pool area was lovely, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt tired and in need of updates. It's affordable, but the experience may vary depending on the state of the construction work.

I had a mixed experience at Zing Resort. The location is fantastic, being in the heart of Jomtien Complex with easy access to the beach and nearby dining options. However, I struggled to get a good night's rest due to the noisy A/C and unexpected sounds. The staff were friendly, but there were some significant drawbacks that made me hesitant to return.

I’ve visited this hotel multiple times and generally had a great experience. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, and the pool is a perfect getaway after a day out. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. However, there were some issues with service during my last stay, particularly with the management's handling of my concerns, which left me feeling disappointed.
