The staff was friendly, especially at reception. They assisted with my inquiries and requests. the provided bottled water was replenished daily. the air conditioning kept the room cool, a welcome escape from the outside heat. the swimming pool offered a refreshing break, i enjoyed it.

the pool WAS very clean. my room was nice sized with a good bathroom. i found a good location with an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. there were also 7 elevens nearby.
i think providing the staff with some basic skills could improve things a lot.

The room was big, clean, and comfortable! the staff was very nice and always willing to help. the buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! i will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Everything was perfect. the pool area was very good with nice lounge chairs too.
the room had a constant buzzing sound, but it was outside my door. it sounded like some kind of boiler and generator, but it wasn't too bad.
